Grundfos mechanical seal GLF is a pump seal which fit for Grundfos
CM horizontal pumps, like CM 1/3/5, CM 10/15/25, this grundfos seal
get 2 shaft size only, 12mm and 16mm.
The popular material for the seal face is carbon and silicon, those
2 material can be used for both rotary and stationary seal face,
the rubber part normally use epdm or . Sometime use tungsten
carbide for the grundfos seal ring, but the cost is higher than
silicon or carbon.
